Usage
Wash your hands. Remove the protective cap from the tip of the nozzle.
Lie on your left side with knees bent, or kneel and lean forward.
Gently insert the lubricated nozzle into the rectum.
Squeeze the bulb/container until the liquid is emptied.
Remove the nozzle and try to hold the liquid for a few minutes until you feel a strong urge to go to the bathroom.
