Benefits
Clobetasol works by blocking chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause the skin to become red, swollen, and itchy.
Salicylic acid softens and breaks down the thick, scaly, or crusty layers of skin (hyperkeratosis), allowing the steroid to penetrate deeper for better results.
It is used for psoriasis, stubborn eczema, lichen planus, and dermatitis.
Dosage
Apply twice daily (morning and night)to the affected areas only.
