Usage
Remove the pad from its wrapper and peel off the center adhesive strip.
Press the pad firmly into the center of the underwear.
Remove the adhesive backing from the wings and fold them around the sides of the underwear to secure.
It is recommended to change the pad every 4–6 hours during the day to ensure maximum hygiene and comfort.
Wrap the used pad in paper or its wrapper and dispose of it in a trash bin.
